The instructions show you how to create a “palette” of 24 colours ranging from red through orange to yellow then greens to blues and purples. This gives a great variety of colours to use for appliqué or any special project. The Basic Kit contains: · Three Procion dyes (red, blue, yellow) · Soda ash · Full detailed instructions, suitable for a person with no previous dyeing experience · Safety information for the dyes and the soda ash · A “quick guide” sheet which can be detached and kept in the zip-lock bag provided, to give a washable reference—great in a messy dyeing environment! Please note: Due to the toxic nature of the products in this kit, it is not suitable for children or asthmatics. If you would like to have the safety information for the dyes or the soda ash emailed to you (free) before ordering, please ask. This kit will dye 24 pieces of fabric, each ranging in size from a fat quarter to a 2 metre piece.
