Dear Christine,
It's now been 4 or 5 months since I started OAMC and the benefits
have been huge.  Thank you for introducing me to this!  My family
think I'm quite mad spending all that time at once, but they have
since changed their minds, I think.  I have been sick with quite a
bad virus for about three weeks, and having food already cooked and
just having to prepare some veges or rice has been wonderful - for
them as well as me!  I shall definitely restock the freezer when I am
well.
